Formation and structuring of corporate partnerships
Our focus is 1) enabling Indigenous governments, entities, or individuals to participate in all economic development projects taking place in or around indigenous lands and 2) to consult and advise non-indigenous entities on the structuring of new companies to be able to engage in larger projects and structure win-win business models that ensure success for all parties.

Risk management
Working with clients, suppliers and various contract partners to reduce overall risks associated with contract delivery. This may include getting ahead of any road blocks, both literally and figuratively.
